Inom sj\u00e4lva yogan finns det m\u00e4ngder av inriktningar och yogaformer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yoga handlar kort och gott om att lugna hj\u00e4rnan och sinnet genom olika tekniker. Syftet \u00e4r att skapa inre ro, minska stress och sl\u00e4ppa sp\u00e4nningar i kroppen. Yogan kan hj\u00e4lpa oss att skapa en medvetenhet f\u00f6r att bli n\u00e4rvarande i nuet, med alla sinnen fokuserade. Vi \u00f6var upp v\u00e5rt t\u00e5lamod, blir mer lyh\u00f6rda f\u00f6r oss sj\u00e4lva och andra och kan bygga upp en inre trygghet. Det g\u00e4ller att testa sig fram, lyssna in\u00e5t och g\u00e5 p\u00e5 magk\u00e4nslan. Med detta sagt \u00e4r yoga sj\u00e4lvklart utmanande p\u00e5 m\u00e5nga s\u00e4tt, precis som det ska vara. Vi beh\u00f6ver utmaningar i livet f\u00f6r att v\u00e4xa och utvecklas.
